Questions? We’ve Got You Covered.
Everything you need to know about your custom chair — from personalization to materials, delivery and care.
Still have a question?
Our team is happy to help you.
Can I leave the name or number blank?
Yes. You can choose to add only a name, only a number, or both. If you accidentally place your order without entering your personalization details, please contact us with your order number and we'll help you update the details.
Where will my personalized name and number appear?
The name and number are displayed on the back of the chair, creating a jersey-inspired look. The role appears on the front top-right edge of the chair.
How will my personalized name and number look on the chair?
Your personalization is carefully positioned and sized for clear visibility on the finished chair. Names are displayed in uppercase by default, with an option to preserve your original capitalization.
Will the team logo and design fade over time?
The chair uses professional-grade 3M-certified vinyl printing with UV stabilizers to help protect the graphics from fading.
What is the difference between the Base and Personalized Chair?
The Base Chair comes with the standard team design, while the Personalized Chair allows you to add your own name and number.
What is the difference between the Adult chair and Mini chair?
The Adult Chair provides a larger seating area, while the Mini Chair has a more compact footprint. Both feature the same team designs and personalization options, so you can choose the size that best fits your space and seating preferences.
Can I use the chair outdoors?
Yes. The chair is designed for outdoor use and is resistant to moisture, fading, warping and splintering. For extended periods of non-use or severe weather, storing it in a covered or protected area is recommended.
What is your return policy?
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your chair arrives damaged or you notice any issues with the vinyl, please call us at 1-844-DO MY CSC or contact us through our website. We're happy to help!
